PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an amorphous polyester sheet which is not only excellent in printing characteristics and ink adhesive strength but also showing excellent slip characteristics and anti-blocking nature at the time of contacting with another sheet, and excellent in adhesiveness with a hot melt adhesive agent and transparency. PSOLUTION: The amorphous polyester sheet comprises a core layer and a skin layer consisting of a substantially amorphous polyester resin material, wherein on at least one surface of the sheet, a coating layer coated uniformly with the composition comprising an acrylic urethane copolymer binder, a functional slipping agent, a resin for improving hot melt adhesive force and a solvent is formed, and the sheet which has excellent slip characteristics and easy activity, furthermore which has execellent printing characteristics, ink adhesion force, and hot melt adhesive force, being brought by the coating, is provided.
