A method for manufacturing a contactless RF(Radio Frequency) card and the RF card thereof are provided to continuously conduct current by smoothly flowing the current even if a joining part between a COB(Chip On Board) and an antenna coil is shorted, as the joining part is welded, a conductive tape is attached to the joining part, and hot pressing is applied to the joining part. An upper protection sheet(120) includes an overlay layer(121) for preventing the RF card from scratches, and a sheet or a printing sheet(122) for protecting the COB and the antenna coil at a lower part of the overlay layer. An inlay sheet(140) includes the overlay layer(141) for protecting the COB(160) and the antenna coil at an upper part, an upper/lower core sheet(142,143) welded by the COB and the antenna coil, and covering both sides including the conductive tape attached to the joining parts, and the overlay layer(144) placed to the lower part of the COB. A lower protection film(130) includes the sheet or the printing sheet(131) functioning as a bottom of the RF card and the overlay layer(132) for protecting the RF card from the scratches.
