The main bodies of the device, the blade pipe, and the guide pipe have diameters between 25 and 35mm. A distance between the stopper unit and the cover unit is smaller than the diameter. The stopper unit includes a case, a push portion, a compression coil spring, first and second body portions, and a gear portion. A sum of a width of a head portion of the first body and a width of a saw-teeth portion of the second body is smaller than a width of the case. The gear portion includes a first gear, which is engaged with a saw-teeth portion of the first body, and a second gear, which is engaged with the saw-teeth portion of the second body.
