The dynamic self networking data capturing system (10) has filter module (13) for assigning captured data to a stored damage data record (111,131). Each damage data record has a damage developing parameter chronological and generated based on the captured data with the help of the filter module. The data capturing system has another filter module (14) for determining result correlation data from the captured data. The damage data record is assigned to determined loss table (161) and the loss table is added to the generated data chronologically and dynamically by an extrapolation unit (16). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) dynamic self networking data capturing method for automated or partially automated tariffing devices in single or multi-step damage covering systems (2) computer program product which is loaded directly in the internal memory of a digital computer.
