A wavelength tunable light source device integrated with an optical amplifier, a beam steering unit and a concave diffraction grating is provided to remove additional optical components or optical alignment by integrating optical components of a bulk type structure. An optical amplifier(102) amplifies a beam. A beam steering unit(104) moves a path of the beam outputted through the optical amplifier by an electric signal. A concave diffraction grating(106) diffracts and reflects the beam incident from the beam steering unit to have a specific wavelength according to the beam angle. The beam generated in the optical amplifier changes the beam path as the electric signal is applied to the beam steering unit and then is incident on the concave diffraction grating, and the beam having the specific wavelength by the concave diffraction grating is fed back to the optical amplifier, and the wavelength of the beam is tuned by the beam steering unit.
