Provided are a carbon nanotube for a fuel cell which is improved in the uniformity of distribution of metal catalyst particles, its preparation method, a method for preparing a nanocomposite for a fuel cell, an electrode containing the nanocomposite, and a fuel cell using the electrode which is improved in reaction efficiency. The carbon nanotube is aligned in one direction with separated one another by a certain distance, and has an angle of 30 degrees to an alignment axis. Preferably the carbon nanotube has a density of 10^7-10^12 /cm^2, and average diameter of 2-200 nm and a distance of 10-200 nm. Also the carbon nanotube comprises a first carbon nanotube which is aligned in one direction with separated one another by a certain distance, and has an angle of 30 degrees to an alignment axis; and a second carbon nanotube which is aligned to be vertical to the first carbon nanotube and to have a slope of 80 degrees of less to the vertical axis to the carbon nanotube.
