A high strength steel sheet for deep drawing having excellent formability as well as secondary work embrittlement resistance and fatigue property of a welding part, and beautiful surface quality as compared with a conventional high strength steel for deep drawing, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. A steel sheet for deep drawing having excellent secondary work embrittlement resistance, fatigue property and coatability has a composition comprising 0.010 wt.% or less of C, 0.02 wt.% or less of Si, 0.06 to 1.5 wt.% of Mn, 0.15 wt.% or less of P, 0.020 wt.% or less of S, 0.10 to 0.40 wt.% of soluble Al, 0.010 wt.% or less of N, 0.003 to 0.010 wt.% of Ti, 0.003 to 0.040 wt.% of Nb, 0.0002 to 0.0020 wt.% of B and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities, wherein Ti, Al, B and N among the constituents satisfy a relational expression of 1.0=(Ti[%]+Al[%]/16+6B[%])/3.43N[%]=4.1, and Nb, Al and C among the constituents satisfy a relational expression of 0.7=(Nb[%]+Al[%]/20)/7.75C[%]=3.5.
