A functional acupunctural point acupressure plate for a driver's sleepiness prevention is provided to promote circulation of the blood, and to reduce a driver's fatigue and sleepiness by naturally pressing a driver's acupunctural point. The functional acupunctural point acupressure plate includes plural support poles formed on the inside of the acupunctural point acupressure plate, plural air exhaust ports(7) formed on the surface of the acupunctural point acupressure plate, plural acupunctural point acupressure poles(5,6) formed on the outside surface of the acupunctural point acupressure plate, an air distributor for distributing air to the inside of the acupunctural point acupressure plate, and a chair connecting belt connected to a chair. The plate is doubly made of a regular material such as rubber, polyethylene, plastic, or wood at a regular size. The plate is formed for a user's head, neck, back, and hip part.
