A unit structure of an ultrahigh strength precast stair of fiber reinforced cement composite, a manufacturing method thereof, the stair with the unit structure, and a construction method thereof are provided to cut down construction cost by decreasing construction period with installing the precast stair without a support, and to reduce noise by improving durability and strength. A high strength precast staircase(1) of fiber reinforced cement composite comprises a stair(10), two side plates(20) and two slab connecting members(30) connecting upper and lower parts of the stair to a slab. The stair is composed of plural step boards(11) continuously connected and a vertical assembling plate(12) inserted between the step plates. Two reinforced bars(117) are installed in the step board, and protruded outward at both sides of the step board. A unit structure of the ultrahigh strength precast staircase is composed of cement of 1, aggregate of 0.8 to 1.5, filler of 0.2 to 0.4, ceramic powder of 0.05 to 0.3, a water reducing agent of 0.02 to 0.07, steel fiber of 0.05 to 0.4 and water of 0.18 to 0.3 in ratio, and the strength is 100 to 200 MPa after curing.
