Manual mechanical blocking device carrying a pressurised fluid, in particular of a line-washing conduit

The device has a rigid tubular handle receiving a washing conduit (1) at its inner part. The handle has a collar forming base at one of its ends for permitting to apply the base around an inlet orifice of a channel (C) to be cleaned. The handle has an articulated lever on its lateral surface permitting to lock the conduit introduced in the channel. The collar forming base is made in the form of a jet deflector and the handle has an end with an edge.
