A method for integrating a marketing, sales, and developing process using 6-sigma methodology is provided to realize systematic management for improving a quality level of each step by applying the 6-sigam methodology to each process, and offer a product/service of an improved quality by advancing a project in a viewpoint of a customer. A 6-sigma integration server receives an execution result of each marketing step corresponding to a project definition, customer analysis/strategy, execution planning, customer proposal, account planning process, and execution plan fixing process(S1000). The server receives the execution result of each sales process corresponding to a business plan definition, business strategy planning, proposal strategy planning, core value proposal, negotiation/contract, and management planning process(S2000). The server receives the execution result of each development process corresponding to a project starting, requirement definition, analysis, design, development, and implementing process(S3000).
