The second report contains a video recording or audio recording. The central processing computer transmits the first report to the provider device and transmits the second report to the user device. The apparatus processes a transaction involving an owner of the intellectual property and the provider or investor as a Blockchain or Ethereum transaction via the distributed ledger.
