ONLINE CUSTOMER SCORING SYSTEM BASED ON DYNAMIC CUSTOMIZED MODEL

A system for scoring online customers based on a dynamic customization model is provided to subdivide the customers and present data to develop a marketing program fit for each situation by predicting switching probability with application of a dynamic index as well as a static index in customer index calculation. A weight setting part enables a business user to set items needed for calculating the customer index and corresponding weight. An extractor enables a data manager to extract operation system data to calculate the customer index based on the customer index items and the weight. A calculator calculates detail customer index data by using the extracted operation system data, and the item and the weight selected from the business user. A customer index calculator calculates the customer index based on the extracted customer index data. A utilizing tool utilizes the calculated customer index. The items needed for calculating the customer index is a registration index item, a visit index item, a response index item, and a purchase index item.
