Provided is an organic-inorganic hybrid photopolymer composition which has high diffraction efficiency and low volume shrinkage without the deterioration of recording velocity, is excellent in phase stability and can be applied to the optical information mass storage media. The organic-inorganic hybrid photopolymer composition comprises 50-75 wt% of a poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer as a polymer matrix; 15-35 wt% of an acrylamide as a photopolymerizable monomer; 0.5-3 wt% of a hydrophilic silica nanoparticle having a polar organic functional group and inorganic functional group on the surface as a co-monomer; 5-35 wt% of a photoinitiator; and 0.02-0.06 wt% of a photosensitizer.
