An electrical apparatus controller, an electrical apparatus control system, an electrical apparatus control method, and a computer-readable recording medium are provided to smoothly perform information communication between an electrical apparatus and a main controller in order to easily control an electrical vehicle. A main controller(25) is wirelessly connected with at least one electrical apparatus. The main controller controls an operation of the electrical apparatus based on transmission information transmitted from an external apparatus. An electrical apparatus controller relays information communication between the main controller(25) and the electrical apparatus and includes a communication unit for receiving information from the main controller through radio communication and an infrared irradiating unit for irradiating infrared rays to the electrical apparatus in order to operate it based on the information received by the communication unit.
