A method for selectively separating a target bio-molecule is provided to significantly increase the separation efficiency of the target bio-molecule with decreasing the influence on the activity of the target bio-molecule by doping nano-particles into either one of the target bio-molecule or the remaining bio-molecule, thereby significantly improving the dielectric property of a bio-molecule doped by the nano-particles. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a fluid sample where a plurality of bio-molecules including target bio-molecule is dispersed in a carrier medium; (b) selectively treating a plurality of nano-particles so as to selectively dope one of the target bio-molecule dispersed in the fluid sample or the remaining bio-molecules; (c) contacting the fluid sample with the treated plurality of nano-particles to dope the plurality of the nano-particles into the bio-molecule; (d) applying an electric field which is spatially non-uniformed to the nano-particles doped bio-molecule; and (e) dividing the bio-molecule into the target bio-molecule and the remaining bio-molecule using improved dielectric property of the nano-particles doped bio-molecule under the applied non-uniformed electric field. In the method, the plurality of bio-molecules is procaryotic cell or eukaryotic cell, and the size of the nano-particles is 1-100 nanometers.
