The present invention relates to a micro spore for detecting a target bio-molecule, and a detecting system and a detecting method using the micro spore. According to the present invention, the micro spore for detecting a target bio-molecule includes: a polynucleotide clotting part formed by clotting a plurality of encoded polynucleotides; an external membrane holding the polynucleotide clotting part therein; and a probe linker formed on the surface of the external membrane to be complementarily bound with a partial area of the target bio-molecule. The external membrane gets broken by external impulses in a state that the probe linker is coupled to the target bio-molecule such that the polynucleotide clotting part is exposed to the outside, the plurality of polynucleotides forming the polynucleotide clotting part get unclotted and discharged, and the target bio-molecule can be detected through sensing of the plurality of polynucleotides. Therefore, the present invention can exactly detect even a small amount of the target bio-molecule without amplifying the target bio-molecule, and also can minimize time and costs for test.
