A bus bar branched to a connection unit and a body and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance a conductivity of the bus bar by increasing an attaching property between a silver plating and an aluminum bar. A bus bar(30) delivers an electric energy. A main body of the bus bar is an aluminum bar. One or both ends of the aluminum bar are integrated with or branched from the aluminum bar. At least one branch unit is formed between connectors(31) at both ends of the aluminum bar. A silver plating film is formed on the branch unit of a bus bar. An insulation coating(33) is formed on a region except for the branch unit of the bus bar.
