A system and a method for a baby vaccination notification service and a missing child finding service are provided to notify a parent for baby vaccination information based on registered birth information by using a short message and the administrative network, and prevent a missing child and quickly find the missing child by wearing a GPS(Global Positioning System) transmitting module to the child when the parent registers a birth report. A mobile terminal(10) of the parent registers and receives the baby vaccination notification service. A management server(50) notifies the mobile terminal of the baby vaccination information. A database server(70) classifies and stores the information related to vaccination by linking with the management server. An SMSC(Short Message Service Center)(80) transmits the short message related to the baby vaccination notification to the mobile terminal by linking with the management server. A national health/welfare department server(90) collects and aggregates the information related to health from public health centers, city/district halls, town offices, and hospitals, and processes and provides the aggregated information to a city/district server(100) and a hospital association server(130).
