A sliding bearing sintered with Fe compound on a steel base is provided to uniform and stabilize a sintered metal crystal to increase high load-resistance and wearing-resistance. A sliding bearing sintered with Fe compound on a steel base includes steel bases(13), an adhesion layer(X), and a friction layer(Y). The adhesion layer is sintered on friction surfaces of the steel bases with ferro-metal powders to a certain thickness. The friction layer is sintered on an upper surface of the adhesion layer simultaneously forming the adhesion layer. In the friction layer, solid lubrication agent particulates(10a,10b) having a particle size of 0.04mm ~ 2mm are arranged in the ferro-metal powders at predetermined gaps. The solid lubrication agent is at least one or two agents selected from graphite, MoS2, and WS2.
