A method and a device for converting/recording UI information of a mobile terminal are provided to enable a user to operate desired UI data in the mobile terminal by converting the UI data according to specification of the mobile terminal. A UI source database(100) stores/manages the UI data of a plurality of mobile terminals and outputs the source UI data selected by search. A computer(110) converts the source UI data received from the source database into a file of the specification of the selected mobile terminal(130) and transfers/records a converted UI file to the synchronized mobile terminal. A buffer(120) temporarily stores the UI file received from the computer and outputs the UI file to the synchronized mobile terminal by control. The mobile terminal stores and manages the UI file received from the buffer in a state synchronized with the computer. The computer includes a skin browser(112), a specification database(114), and a synchronizer(116).
