A printed circuit board, an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device comprising the same, a system and a method for testing the printed circuit board are provided to easily test the layout of a receiver by using an image signal converter which compares the previous inner image signal with the current inner image signal. A printed circuit board includes a signal receiver(720), a memory(740), and an image signal converter(760). The signal receiver which includes an operator for calculating an inner clock signal and an inner image signal, supplies the inner clock signal(CK2) by receiving an external clock signal(CK1), and supplies the inner image signal(DATn) by receiving an external image signal(EXDATn). The memory stores the inner image signal synchronously with the inner clock signal. The image signal converter compares the previous inner image signal which is supplied from the memory with the current inner image signal which is supplied from the signal receiver, and converts the current inner image signal based on the comparison result.
