Being arranged to Applied Learning engine by a kind of Intelligent multi-agents programming system of a study engine and its operation method makes to maximize in the dynamic context identification become of primary ubiquitous environment, and a learning outcome is applied to interaction among various doses. Each region agent (4) is in every field, manages user state information, carries out service corresponding with the event generated. Study engine (1) observation/learn a user behavior pattern of each region agent and with a kind of knowledgeable people's behavior pattern of the output of rule format. When new rule is generated, a task generator (3) generates a task to region agent. One environment agent (5) provides regional agency environmental information to task generator, to be related to the area information of region agent. One rule database (2), from study engine storage rule output, stores a permanent definition rule between study engine and task generator.
