An FPD(Flat Panel Display) is provided to have an integration type combination structure between a top chassis and a bottom chassis. A base plate has a predetermined open area. A side wall(220) is curved and extended from the base plate. Plural combining members(130) are formed on the side wall in order to combine with a bottom chassis(200). Protrusions with a predetermined shape such as a circle are formed on the plural combining members toward the inside of the combining members. The combining members and protrusions are integrally formed. Combining grooves are formed on the plural combining members. The protrusions are formed on the lower portion of the combining members with a semi-circle shape.
