A method and early warning system for detection of a high pathogenic avian influenza virus based on PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane) nanotechnology are provided to detect various avian influenza viruses at an early stage of infection with safety to human and improved sensitivity, so that the human infection of avian influenza virus is prevented in real time. The early warning system for detection of the high pathogenic avian influenza virus based on PDMS nanotechnology detects HA(hemaglutinine) and NA(neuraminidase) epitopes of the high pathogenic avian influenza virus from genes, antigens and sensitive cell lines of the avian influenza virus at an early stage of infection by using a PDMS chip having no toxicity ad improved phototransparency.
