A dryer using waste heat of an air conditioner and an air conditioner system having same are provided to use waste heat from a condenser for drying laundry. An air conditioner system having a dryer using waste heat of an air conditioner includes an indoor unit(10), an outdoor unit(100), a drying cabinet, and a refrigerant path(30,40). The outdoor unit discharges unnecessary heat for cooling to the outside and includes components for a cooling cycle and a drying cycle. The outdoor unit includes some part of the drying cabinet on top. Refrigerant flows in the refrigerant path between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit.
