One roaster baked is arranged to remove a cigarette, is generated by the burning by the oil for steadily collecting and handling a large amount of exhaust oil. One roaster baked includes a roasting part (10) and water rest (40). Roasting part includes roasting main body (20), multiple grills (30), a heat collecting space and an oil outlet (32). It roasts main body and forms an external edge. A large amount of grills are set in edge in regular interval. The object to be baked is placed on above the one of grill. Object is formed below in heat collecting space, and grill contacts object by residual-heat heating. Oil outlet is formed in the both sides at a center and grill longitudinal direction, collects oil, discharge oil. Through-hole (35) is formed in oil outlet, is used to cast oil to a water rest slot. Water rest slot is upwardly formed an each through-hole in lower part in an inner circumference of water rest surface.
