CONTINUOUS DISCHARGING SYSTEM FOR COKE DRY QUENCHING FACILITIES

A continuous discharging system for coke dry quenching facilities which increases discharge efficiency of coke and enables the coke to be continuously transferred accordingly by sensing the transfer state of coke in discharge pipes, thereby adjusting opening and closing of a skirt. A continuous discharging system for coke dry quenching facilities comprises: a body which has a chamber such that coke is injected into the chamber, and which is connected to a gas circulation unit to cool the coke in the chamber; discharge pipes(42,44) connected to one side of the body; a rotary seal valve(46) installed in a passage of the discharge pipes to discharge the cooled coke to the outside; loading detectors(48,50) installed on the discharge pipes to sense loads of the coke; a control part(56) for receiving sensing signals of the loading detectors; and variable skirts(52) installed on end portions of the discharge pipes and opened or closed according to a signal of the control part. The discharge pipes have horizontal parts(441) with a plurality of step heights, and the loading detectors are installed on the horizontal parts.
