Transdermal delivery adhesive sheet type cosmetics containing liposomized nanowater and a preparation method thereof are provided to improve skin adhesive activity and transdermal delivery speed, so that hydrophilic and hydrophobic active components are effectively delivered to the skin. The transdermal delivery adhesive sheet type cosmetics contains 70.0-80.0 wt.% of liposomized nanowater, 0.01-10.0 wt.% of skin affinity polymer and 5.0-20.0 wt.% of polyvalent alcohol, wherein the liposomized nanowater having average diameter of 20-100nm is prepared by stirring a mixture containing 2.0-4.0% of lecithin, 2.0-5.0% of cholesterol and 1.0-2.5% of beta-sitosterol at 40-50 deg.C and 60-100 rpm with a paddle mixture, stirring the mixture at 2500-3500 rpm for 2-4 minutes with a homo mixer, and pressing the mixture at pressure of 700-1000 bar in a microfluidizer. The method for preparing the transdermal delivery adhesive sheet type cosmetics comprises the steps of: (i) adding sodium polyacrylate into polyalcohol of 80 deg.C and dissolving it; (ii) adding agar and glucomannan into purified water of 90 deg.C and dissolving it to prepare nanowater; (iii) mixing the solution of step (i) with the nanowater of step(ii) at 40-50 deg.C; and (iv) coating a protecting layer of the film with the mixture of step(iii) in a thickness of 500-1500 mum in a coating device.
