A STEAM GENERATING EQUIPMENT OF HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE FOR REUSING RESIDUAL STEAM

A steam generator for reusing residual steam is provided to reduce manufacturing unit costs and a defect ratio by using a solenoid valve instead of a solenoid pump. A steam generator for reusing residual steam includes a water supplying unit(200), a steam generating unit(300), and a residual steam flowing pipe(400). The water supplying unit supplies the steam generator with water. The steam generating unit generates steam with using the water supplied from the water supply. Residual steam left over from generating the steam in the steam generating unit flows in the residual steam flowing pipe. The water supplying unit has a tank for storing external water, a solenoid valve to control the flow rate of water, and residual steam inlet to receive the steam with a predetermined pressure.
