A SYSTEM FOR EXAMINING ONLINE PAPERS CONTRIBUTED VIA INTERNET

A system for examining papers contributed through the Internet is provided to automatically make a database from a raw paper file without receiving citation information and directly access a constructed paper database. The first GUPI(Globally Unique Paper Identifier) generator(33a) generates a GUIP code by receiving bibliography information(31). A real-time citation extracting engine(34) extracts the cited papers from the individual paper uploaded through the Internet. The second GUPI generator(33b) generates the GUPI by using a unique key of the cited papers. A citation database(32) stores the information for the GUIP having the unique key generated by the second GUIP generator.
