摘要

A normalization method of ink droplets for the uniformity of amount of ink droplets ejected from nozzles of an inkjet head is provided to minimize the ejecting characteristic deviation between the nozzles by controlling the voltage which is applied to each nozzle. A normalization method of ink droplets for the uniformity of amount of ink droplets ejected from nozzles of an inkjet head includes the steps of changing the voltage applied to the nozzles and ejecting the predetermined amount of the ink droplets from the nozzles to the pixels(122), measuring the average thickness of the each ink layer which is forms in the pixels, establishing the target thickness of the ink layers, and applying the voltage to each nozzle correspond to the target thickness.
