REMOTE COUNSELING SERVICE SYSTEM FOR INTERNET SHOPPING AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for providing a remote Internet shopping counseling service are provided to desired goods information to a buyer through a two-way communication and enable the buyer not familiar with using the shopping mall to easily use the shopping mall by providing the remote counseling service while remotely controlling a buyer terminal. A counseling management server(500) is connected to a plurality of counselor terminals(200). A counseling management database(600) is managed by the counseling management server and stores information of the counselor terminals. The counseling management server checks the buyer terminal(100) connected to an Internet shopping mall server(400) and selects one of the counselor terminals. The selected counselor terminal sets up a two-way communication path to the buyer terminal by a direction of the counseling management server and remotely controls the buyer terminal. The counselor terminal transmits counseling data having more than one type of text, voice, and moving picture to the buyer terminal.
