WEIR TYPE SETTLING TANK FOR SOIL WASHING PLANT AND NON DISCHARGE TYPE SOIL WASHING PLANT USING THE SAME

A weir type settling tank for a soil washing plant and a non-discharge type soil washing plant using the same are provided to improve the settling efficiency and classify settled earth and sand according to grain sizes, by dividing an inside space of the settling tank using a weir part. An inflow room(210) having an inflow pipe(100) is connected to an outflow room(220) having an outflow pipe(200) through a weir part(300). An inflow partition wall(212) and an outflow partition wall(222) are respectively installed at a downstream region of the inflow pipe within the inflow room and an upstream region of the outflow pipe within the outflow room. Outlets(209) are respectively installed at lower ends of the inflow room and the outflow room. Washing water flows in through the inflow pipe, flows over the weir part, and flows into the outflow room. Upper water within the outflow room is discharged through the outflow pipe. Sediment within the outflow room and the inflow room is discharged through the outlets.
