FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING SYSTEM SHIFTING ATTENTION PARTS AND METHOD THEREOF

A system and a method for learning foreign language by gradually shifting a part attracting attention from a learner are provided to make a learner effectively learn the foreign language by making the learner concentrated on meaning and word order, and subsequently making the learner concentrated on functional words and utilization of the functional words. A learning data storing part(110) stores learning data utilizing a process for gradually shifting the part attracting the attention from the learner. A member information storing part(130) stores learner data. A reception controller(140) discriminates/processes the member data and learning course selection data received from the learner. A transmission controller(120) permits the learning storing part to transmit basic learning data and detail learning data through the network based on the member data and the learning course selection data. A member device outputs the data received from an information provider device through the network and transmits the data inputted from the learner to the information provider device. The learning data storing part includes a learning data database, a buffer, and a learning data extracting/controlling part.
