Nutrient-Coated Soil Conditioner for Slowly Targeted Release of Nutrients and the Production Process

A nutrient-coated soil conditioner using light weight materials such as perlite powder and loess is provided to slowly release targeted nutrients, thereby enriching the land. The nutrient-coated soil conditioner is prepared by mixing a matrix composed of organic substances with nutrients having a cation exchange capability, and coating the resultant slurry with an expansive inorganic material. As for the expansive inorganic material, light weight materials whose active ingredients are perlite, vermiculite, perlite powder and loess; or perlite powder and loess; or perlite powder, loess, vermiculite and polymer binder. In particular, the expansive inorganic material includes perlite powder and loess as active ingredients is prepared by blending, with respect to 100wt% of perlite powder, 10-100wt% of loess and 1-10wt% of a sintering agent together in water, molding and sintering. The sintering agent is coated with cement powder and perlite powder, added by a hardening solution, coated again with cement powder and perlite powder.
