A method for preparing nano porous nickel phosphate and metal-incorporated nickel phosphate molecule sieves is provided to optimize the acidity and to increase largely the yield. Nickel-phosphate or metal containing nickel-phosphate molecule sieves are manufactured from phosphorous compound with the mole ratio of 0.3-3.0, one or more kinds of metal with the mole ratio of 0.0-1.0 selected by transition metal, typical metal, VII-group noble metal and lanthanum, fluorine compound with the mole ratio of 0.5-10.0 and salt with the mole ratio of 1.0-0.0. The acidity of the reaction materials is controlled so that the nickel-phosphate or metal containing nickel-phosphate molecule sieves with a high yield are manufactured.
