A safety entry and exit system of a building site using a wire is provided to reduce the cost of manufacture and maintenance by making components at low price, to prevent the damage of vehicles caused by inexperienced operation by increasing operability and to use easily and simply without damaging against external impact. A safety entry and exit system of a building site using a wire comprises: a speed bump(10) formed on an entry and exit way of a building site and composed of a lifting groove(11), folding grooves(12,12a) and many end projections(13) to prevent the overspeed of vehicles and to stop the vehicles; right and left posts(20) installed on the right and left sides of the speed bump by shaft pins(21); a wire(30) coupled to the inside of the speed bump to ascend and descend on the right and left posts; and a cutoff curtain(40) fixed to the center of the wire, and descent and ascent to cut off the entry of a vehicle.
