Automatic titration method using PC camera in volatile basic nitrogen analysis

摘要

An automatic titration method by using PC camera in volatile alkaline nitrogen analysis is provided to automatically detect variation of colors of an indicator at end-point of the titration, and control feeding of titrating solution by using the PC camera to automate manual titration in the analysis, thereby improving efficiency of the analysis. The titration method is conducted by using an automatic titration system for volatile alkaline nitrogen analysis based on micro-diffusion mode, which consists of PC camera(101), personal computer(102), digital/analog convertor(103) and tubing pump(104) together with Teflon tubing(105), tubing adaptor(106), as well as stainless steel pipe(107), micro-diffusion device(108), micro-burette with minimum scale of 0.01ml(109), magnetic stirrer(110) and magnetic bar(111). The PC camera is mounted 10cm height from the micro-diffusion device. The Teflon tubing is cut diagonally at its end.
