A method for compensating accuracy, compression strength and slump for concrete formed by using bottom ash and fly ash is provided to derive mass production of concrete aggregate made of reclaimed bottom ash unpurified fly ash from power plants by adopting specific calculation equation to compensate the accuracy, compression strength and slump values. The method comprises calculation of apparent density of cement paste according to an equation of: apparent density of reclaimed bottom ash = absolute dried density of reclaimed bottom ash x (1 + absorption x paste density). Compression strength is compensated by another equation of: sigma28 = alpha(C/W+k FA/W) + b(G+m RA)+c wherein sigma28 is compression strength at 28days; C/W is ration of cement-water; F/W is ration of fly ash-water; G is amount of coarse aggregate; RA is amount of bottom ash to be mixed; k is conversion coefficient of fly ash to cement; m is conversion coefficient of bottom ash; and a,b,c are integer. The above equation is based on amount of aggregate and ration of water-binder.
