DIGITAL CONTENTS AND UCC TRANSACTION METHOD BASED ON DIGITAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT

A method for trading digital contents and UCC(User Created Contents) based on DRM(Digital Rights Management) is provided to enable a customer to sell or exchange the remained digital contents having the DRM in case that the customer get tired of the digital contents in an early stage after purchase by using diverse trading type. A buyer is registered to a Dutch auction site linked with a Dutch auction server by connecting to the Dutch auction server. The buyer registers a price/condition of the desired digital contents to the Dutch auction site. Registered buyers make a bid by presenting the condition corresponding to the price/condition registered from the buyer. The digital contents of the seller selected by the buyer are knocked down through the Dutch auction server(S407). The buyer settles a bid price to a settlement database server by using one settlement tool among cash, mileage point, an item, cyber money, and an avatar(S408). The settled price is paid to the seller through the settlement database server. If payment is completed, the digital contents including the DRM are transferred to the buyer through the Dutch auction server(S409).
