A blanket continuous supply-type transfer roll system and a blanket thereof are provided to improve the printing quality by easily replacing the blanket and increasing the usage period of the blanket. A blanket continuous supply-type transfer roll system(100) comprises a first hollow transfer roll(110) inserted into an opening(111) where both sides of a blanket(101) is longitudinally formed, wherein the blanket receives the ink from the pattern roll to supply the ink to the object, and contacted with the pattern roll and the object to rotate; a first unused-blanket roll(120) and a first used-blanket roll(130) rotatably installed in the first transfer roll to roll the unused area and the used area of the blanket; and a first rotating unit(140) placing the unused area of the blanket at the outer peripheral surface of the first transfer roll by rotating the first used-blanket roll and rolling the used area of the blanket.
