Provided is a structure for installation of eco-friendly buoyancy-type ecological equipment, which protects the ecological system by connecting one side of a river to the other side thereof via buoyancy upon a heavy rain fall. The structure for installing an eco-friendly buoyancy-type ecological equipment liftable depending on the slope of a river comprises: a pair of retaining walls(10,10a) fixed into the bottom of a bank(90); a base block(20) embedded and fixed into the bottom of the river(100) at the middle of the retaining walls, having coupling anchors and coupling bars, coupled to each other; a slope coupling plate having an upper horizontal plate and a lower horizontal plate; an upper plant growth block(40) embedded and fixed into the bank, and having plant implantation grooves and coupling anchors; a front post(50) and a rear post(50a) fixed to the base block and having fixing holes; a sea organism growth block(60) to which a plant growth plate is fixed; a linker(70) having a top surface to which an ecological moving path net is fixed; and a buoyancy-type plant growth block(80) having a coupling hinge, circular holes for plants and a coupling groove into which a coupling pipe of the slope coupling plate is inserted slidably.
