PURPOSE: An image input/delivery/output apparatus including a lens and an optical fiber, and a sunlight concentration/delivery/emission apparatus are provided to remove flicker, facilitate installation and enhance economical efficiency by inputting and outputting images without using power. CONSTITUTION: A first convex lens(a) is installed in the front side in order to form parallel light smaller than a diameter of an optical fiber(d). A first concave lens(c) has a curvature to make light from the first convex lens parallel. An image from the front side goes through the optical fiber. A second concave lens(e) and a second convex lens(g) have curvatures to output images inputted from the front side normally when penetrating light continuously through the optical fiber. A first connector(b) and a second connector(f) are installed between the lenses and between the lens and the optical fiber.
