MAGNIFICATION DEVICE USING RING TYPE AND UNIMORPH TYPE PIEZOELECTRIC ACTUATOR

A displacement magnifying mechanism using a ring type and unimorph type piezoelectric actuator is provided to obtain quick responses by regulating forward and rearward displacement of a piston without depending on the operation direction of the piezoelectric actuator. A displacement magnifying mechanism using a ring type and unimorph type piezoelectric actuator includes a cylindrical housing, a first valve(30), a second valve(50), and an accumulator(70). The housing includes an upper housing, an engagement recess(11), an installation hole(12), a cylindrical protrusion(16), and a lower housing. The first valve includes a chamber(31a), a piston(32), a ring type piezoelectric actuator(33a), and a sleeve. The second valve includes upper and lower covers(50a,50b), a pair of unimorph type piezoelectric actuators(54), a plurality of connection nipples(55a), and upper and lower end connection hoses(56a,56b). The accumulator has a cylindrical shape connected to the second valve and has a predetermined space in the interior thereof. And, a cap is provided at a lower portion of the accumulator.
