PROCESS OF PRODUCING SUEDE-LIKE ARTIFICIAL LEATHER USING SEA-ISLAND NYLON FILAMENT AND REGULAR POLYESTER FILAMENT

A manufacturing method of a suede-line artificial leather by means of a sea-island nylon filament and a regular polyester filament is provided to prevent the decoloration of the dyes when performing the polyurethane wet coating. The suede-line artificial leather is constructed by the melted component and the fiber formation component as a surface fiber. A sea-island nylon filament with the thickness of 0.03-0.3 denier is used to the suede-line artificial leather. A general polyester yarn with the thickness of 1-3 denier is used as the rear surface yarn of the suede-line artificial leather. The suede-line artificial leather is manufactured by the surface and rear yarns. The weight ratio of the surface yarn and the rear surface yarn is 60:40 to 80:20.
