CONTROLL SYSTEM FOR USING PLC OF WASTE SORTING APPARATUS

A control system using a PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) for a waste sorting device is provided to let an operator directly control the correspondent device by a remote controller and to emergently stop the waste sorting device by remote-monitoring the work place by a camera. In the waste sorting device(200) comprising a hopper(201), a fan rib-shaped vibrating screen(206), a trommel(207), a soil precision screen(214), a bucket screen(212), first and second blowers(204,213), a heater(205), and six belt conveyors(202,203,208,209,210,211), the control system using a PLC(140) is composed of plural current sensors(110) detecting the current of each part; a remote controller having various buttons letting an operator control operation of each part; plural cameras(130) taking a picture of the place where the parts are installed; the PLC controlling the operation of each part by checking a signal input from the current sensor by each pre-set operation manual as the operator inputs operation modes through the remote controller and relaying and storing images obtained by the cameras; and a monitor(150) displaying the image relayed from the PLC.
