A copper ball mold that enables copper balls to have improved sphericity through a sliding horizontal movement of an upper die and a lower die, a copper ball manufacturing equipment on which the copper ball mold is mounted, and a method for manufacturing copper balls using the equipment are provided. A copper ball mold comprises: a lower die(110) having a circular arc-shaped molding groove formed on an upper surface thereof, wherein the circular arc-shaped molding groove is gradually shallowed at an inclination angle of 3 to 8 degrees in a proceeding direction of a copper round bar workpiece; and an upper die having a lower surface which is formed adjacently to an opposite face of the lower die such that the lower surface of the upper die is symmetrical to the molding groove of the lower die. The lower die comprises: a first molding part(110a) in which a pair of first molding wedges(111) extend in the proceeding direction of the copper round bar workpiece from both side parts thereof; second and third molding parts(110b,110c) in which cutting knives(114) extend in the proceeding direction of the copper round bar workpiece on a central part and both side parts thereof, and a pair of second molding wedges(112) extend in the proceeding direction of the copper round bar workpiece from both side parts thereof to process the round bar workpiece into a copper ball of which a cross-sectional shape is close to a circular arc shape; and a fourth molding part(110d) having a processing face(113) with a curvature corresponding to a semicircular shape formed on an inner side thereof, wherein the first to fourth molding parts are connected to one another in the proceeding direction of the copper round bar workpiece.
