SPINNERET FOR THE THE POLYESTER SHAPED YARN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SHAPED YARN

A spinneret for a polyester ultra-fine shaped yarn and a manufacturing method of the shaped yarn by using the same are provided to have a diamond-shaped section in order to apply various properties such as file uprightness, luster, touch and shield properties. A prominence and depression is formed at the center of a spinneret with a slit shape. A thermoplastic polymer with an amount of injection of 5 to 20 per unit area is spun by means of the spinneret at the temperature of 200 to 300 degrees in centigrade. The spun original yarn is cooled by means of a single sided chamber or a radial chamber with the in-out or out-in manner so that the speed of cold air is maintained as 0.1 to 0.3. The yarn is drawn by godet rollers(4,5), heat-treated at a godet roller(6) and thereafter wound by a winder with 4000m/min to 6000m/min.
