TECHNETIUM-99M LABELED ORGANIC GERMANIUM NANOCOLLOIDS, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

A technetium-99m labeled organic germanium nanocolloid is provided to show high stability and labeling efficiency, and be usefully used for radiopharmaceuticals for imaging spleen. The method for preparing a technetium-99m labeled organic germanium nanocolloid represented by the formula(1), where L is an organic germanium compound, comprises the steps of: (a) preparing an organic germanium compound nanocolloid solution; and (b) after dissolving sodium pertechnetate(99mTc) and tin chloride in an adequate solvent to prepare a solution, dropping the solution into the organic germanium compound nanocolloid solution. The spleen imaging contrast media comprises the technetium-99m-labeled organic germanium nanocolloid represented by the formula(1) such as a 99mTc-bis-carboxyethylgermanium sesquioxide nanocolloid represented by the formula(3).
